Happy New Year!!

Happy new year everybody and sorry for not updating a lot! I am currently experimenting sports betting as poker hasnt been earning me the money id like to earn from it so thought I would no.1 have a break and no.2 try something new! The darts were my 1st action i put £5.81 on Martin Adams to beat Martin Phillips and it gave me £2 back, its not a lot but it shows fav betting does work, especially as Adams ran over Phillips like a steam train, it was crazy, my next action is now Chelsea and Everton, I want Chelsea to win and for Joe Cole to score, if this happens I will finish the day on £21 when i deposited £10 which will be an amazing increase compared to my poker of late, we shall see, more to come......


Edit - I put money on Chelsea winning and my god what a ride Chelsea cruising I thought yes come on, easy money here, then Joe Cole gets subbed Ithought things are going downhill, then that tosspot Mikel gets sent off, silly little fuckin cunt I hate him! Then Yakubu scores and I'm thinking, right arsenal are gonna have 2 do wonders with the remains of my roll, this sucks ass.... Until the only good thingto com out the scummy blue side of Manchester pops up, glides through the air like superman and nods home!!! Thanks Shauny boy I appreciate uve earned me a nice £9!!!!!! ive entered a gay little £2.25 MTT on Hillsnow, lets hope I pick up a card worth lookin at the screen for soon! Student life.....

Just looked its been almost 3 months since my last post, wow, I'm really slacking there, but to be honest i've just been rammed with everything, so much happening in my life now I'm at Chester uni, I play for the mens 1st basketball team, have 2 travel 30 miles for my lectures just about to join boxing again and of cours the ladies, very busy and itsthe ladies that are causing most trobe for me now! Anyway enugh of that lets get onto poker, I have played a little bit since getting here not much though but on sunday I had to withdraw all money I had in poker cos im skint I have resorted to limiting myselfto 56p bread from the shop and eating my tins of beans and spaghetti, it sucks really does, but also Ihavea job s should ease the pressure a little! Gotta mention ama-fish as well, quittin his job to play poker, at fist I thought maybe he has to think bout it but after many a convo on msn im 100% sure he has made the right choice. He will be a great pro in my oppinion, he is a good player and very disciplined and I wish him the best of luck! Anyways have to jet off for a lec!

So So

Well busted out of the bloggerment, very disapointing, was like 20th or some crap but tried and have reached 2 final tables out of 4 tournys and am doing very well in the individual table and more importantly earning Wales the points! Am doing ok in the poker though, im mostly playing 5/10 cent blinds on cash and $2 HU SnG's. Not really much to report though im still just grinding away and not making a lot haha but its a recreational thing for me, poker that is :D, hopefully do better in the bloggerment this week and another strong welsh performance from the guys, thats my main poker thing atm, the bloggerment gr8 tourny, gr8 group of ppl and its a laugh, so all is good there, just wanna beat the damn english for a change ;), I should do alright this time, as Amatay isn't here, he is in Vegas, so he wont be able to suckout :D:D

I have been doing alright since my last post, only 1 big win to report, it was a 4 way HU tournament, myself, gravedigger and BlueScouse and some other random from the US, well 1st round I had the US guy and grinded it out and eventually got him, in the other match gravedigger beat Blue, this set up a good match between me and gravedigger, after a couple of hands that he bluffed me out of dammit, our stacks were nearly level i marginally had more than him, but the final hand i have 95o, raise 3xbb, he calls, flop comes 975 rainbow, i push he calls instantly and im thinkin thts the only flop i'd of pushed with but an instant call what does he have?? It turns out he has 74o, a very loose call but hey its bragging rights :D, so that doubled my BR pretty much so its been jus above that level since. Playing the bloggerment tonight, i always get up for this tournament and its fast becoming my fav tournament. I placed 3rd last week and the welsh team really got some points on the board, we took over the scottish and closed the english lead, I think if we put our heads to it we can overtake them and finally give the welsh some bragging rights :D Anyway I might update again after bloggerment, may not, we shall see.

Nice day..

A good day all in all today, I finished in the top 220 of a 2600 runner tournament to cash $30, I really needed this cash as my funds started to look a little slender, my plan was if i busted out this tournament without any money i'd put the rest of my roll on the highest table i could, just to make some of it back. But I made some and it's alright I think i'm going to leave it till tomorrow now as I've had 4,5,6,7.... a couple of beers and may not be in the right frame of mind for cash. I played so well in this tournament back to the days on crypto when I thought I was as good as any pro and did well in the MTT's there, was a great feeling to have that confidence again, anyway hopefully this has come just in time as I continue my preparation for the Sunday million. This is the biggest tourny I would have played to date and want to impress in it and make some money, to win it would be the best thing, and would help solve a lot of me and my family's problems, would be amazing! On Sunday its also the Bloggerment which I love playing and representing Cymru! (Wales for people who don't speak welsh) last time I finished highest out of our team, so a big achievement there, I was the only one in the points, to fly our flag there was class, ashame some others didn't join me :P anyway shall see this next time,

Quite a day yesterday....

Wow, yesterday what a day, 1st event of the day I played after getting some money in my pokerstars account, I bought into a triple shootout for $3.50 to qualify for the Sunday Million, 149 runners, 2 entries, I came in that top 2 and so I am now registered for the Million. I suprised myself with how well I played through that tournament but two decisions went for me that won me that entry, both were races, both times I had the pockets pairs and both times I won that was on the 2nd table of 6 I was on. Then I thought lets play some cash I donked probly $32 from what I had at my peak, and am still trying to regain some of it by playing short sharp sessions. I played a donk however today called Marcello, I hate this guy, what sort of an idiot calls an all in bet (twice) with a gutshot straight draw and hits it?? Mar - fuckin - cello thats who!! Fuming with that greasy moped riding Spanish son of a bitch!!

But also well done to PortDec20, who came 2nd in the$25K GTD and scooped a nice healthy prize of just over $3K, well done matey!

Well played 2 live tournaments, didn't cash in any but I feel I was just unlucky. Against Blue and PortDeco you cant afford to see cheap flops or pay to see if your flush draw will come off, so that was a tactic that couldn't be used, and they are both crazy players, they will play any 2 cards and it seems when you have a half decent hand they have a better hand! It is lucky but you also have to respect them for making moves with nothing and having reads on players so fair enough. BlueScouse suprisingly didn't cash in any of the tournaments despite having commanding chip leads in both, I think he is more an average stack player because he just donates when he has more chips, except to me!! Well PortDeco won the first tournament which was a rebuy and add on tournament, but I think the highlight from that tournament was the comeback from GraveDigger, blinds were at 150/300 with 25 running antes' and he lost a sick hand he had AQo and pushed and got called by A4o, flop came 4x4 turn and river were blanks aswell, very bad luck and a crazy call from Hellboy, but it happens I suppose. Anyway GraveDigger was down to a mere 25 chips, and within what seemed like no time he was upto i think 8,875, nobody could believe it, and the last major hand of the tournament involved GraveDigger and PortDeco, with Port pushing with AQo and Grave calling with K10o, nothing to help either player. It was a weak call from a player that had done so well to come back, but Port is a loose player and Grave could well of had him beat or in a coin flip. But all in all a good night of poker and an entertaining evening!
